Background
I love shooting black white films. I first inherited an Olympus OM-G (or OM-20, as they are called in Japan) from my old man during my freshmen year of college. I've been taking photos on and off, mostly black white films. I usually shoot about a dozen rolls before I have an afternoon to develop the majority of them in my restroom-turned-photo lab. Once they are dried, I pick my favorites to scan on the Epson V600 and fix on Photoshop.
Most of my photos are are from DC events and rallies, since my non-profit organizes many of them. The coolest event was probably the 2017 May 1st immigration day of action. I snaped a CASA immigration protester on my Kiev medium format. Recently, I've been transitioning to experimental videos and photos with the 360 camera. So stay tuned for more VR/360 experience in future posts!
